Visit one of our showrooms or call and speak to a designer to
arrange a convenient time for them to visit your home. They
look at the house, its age, the room and the space available.
They will listen to any initial thoughts you may have on how
you use the room and what you want from the finished project.
Design
& Planning
All the information you give us is taken back to the studio,
where we produce the design concept. Very often we will prepare
a couple of options, so you can see different looks for your
kitchen or bedroom. We then invite you to our showroom to see
the design. We will show you photo quality images on the computer
which helps you to envisage the finished look. We also take
you through the various options including doors, worktops and
appliances and will keep you informed of the project price at
all times, as we are very experienced in working to specific
budgets.
Professional
Installation
If you choose to go ahead with your order, a deposit will be
required at this stage and a convenient installation date is
agreed. We will then arrange for a Pre-Installation Survey where
measurements are checked and all aspects of the installation
are discussed with you so you have a complete picture of how
things will work. We take care of the whole project from minor
building work through to tiling and even decorating, with only
one point of contact throughout the installation; our Installation
Manager, Mick Barker. We have a first class installation team,
many of whom have worked with us for over ten years.
After
Sales Service
We carry out the work on your room as efficiently as possible
and we will stay with the project until you are happy with everything.
Should you need anything further after the work is complete,
we are always here to assist. We have been known to provide
after sales service 10 years after the original order!
